Before you start

Can I record an external payment?

Yes. When you manage collection directly, you can record a manual payment. External payments do not automatically settle a charge created through GymBud checkout.

Where can I see payment fees?

Check the conditions in payment settings before enabling collection. Platform subscriptions and payment processing fees are separate costs.
